What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing channel? And what are the reasons why an online marketer have one?

It's a strategy for marketing to convince prospective customers to purchase products from your company. It's a selling process where a visitor comes to your website to find information that could help solve the issue. You can establish a relationship with every person you meet using specific tools.

This will help you understand the needs and wants of every user. This in turn will push you to provide the best possible information for all users. When you have gained the trust of a potential customer, that visitor will feel more confident purchasing items. The customer will then turn into a buyer.

Many customers eventually become extremely loyal customers and will buy almost any product that your site sells. A marketing funnel consists of the different stages of sales that will convert a regular visitor to your website into an extremely loyal customer who is willing to purchase everything you can throw at them.

For any internet marketer that is their final goal. It is achievable by utilizing a funnel that is well-designed.

Your efforts to market are grabbing the attention of people, and bringing them into your funnel. Once they complete the form that you have on your PERSONAL Lead Capture Page, they are able to enter your funnel. Since they're not likely to opt into your lead capture page for business, I use the word "personal". They would like to be leaders, not an organization.

The lead capture page is where they enter into the funnel. When they click the "Sign Up Now" or "Enter Here" button, they enter an entirely new idea of network marketing.

The best thing is that they're qualified to do it. It's their decision. You've not sold them anything except yourself as a leader as a mentor and as someone that can show them how to increase leads and bring more money into their businesses.

This is how a typical marketing funnel functions:

At the "front-end" you can offer an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may be interested in purchasing your products later on in the sales funnel. You must sign up to receive the free product.

Now, you can include these contacts in your email lists so you can send them any other offers that are relevant to them.

They'll be directed to the page with an offer for a lower price or a trip wire deal immediately after signing up for the free offer. This is the point where they go into the "back-end of the funnel."

The purchaser are taken to a similar offer with less cost when they buy the lower-cost offer (also called an upsell). A person who also buys the cheaper offer will be taken to the next similar product at an even higher rate. The process could continue for several more.
